Health Park Acrylic product is mixed and installed onsite; we have three distinct following ranges:

Durabolt Standard is a 5 layer acrylic product with a thickness of upto 2 mm

Durabolt Cushion comes in 8 layer acrylic product with a thickness of upto 3 mm

Durabolt Cushion Plus is a ultra cushioned acrylic system which comes with a SBR Rubber Carpet followed by Acrylic layers with a total thickness of upto 6 mm can be used for outdoor and Indoor.

Construction of Sub base (Asphalt) / Base -Preparation Common for all

A typical asphalt base consists of a 6″ inch pavement which consists of :

• Levelling the site
• Digging size
• Compaction of the sub-base will be by heavy roller. (WBM)
• Carry out anti termite and weedicide on the total area
• Layer of 4″ compacted water bound macadam.
• Lay a 30mm compacted thick Hot Mix asphalt BM course.
• Lay a 20mm compacted thick Hot Mix A.C. course
• Seal coat at the top of A.C. coats to fill the voids in A.C.

5 Layer System (Outdoor)

5 Layer System with Acrylic latex to repair Subfloor Minor Cracks, followed by Primer Layer to improve bonding of acrylic paint with subfloor, Acrylic Resurfacer Layer for filling and smoothing subfloor following by Dual Layers of 100% acrylic base color coat followed by Top Color coat to protect flooring against UV Rays Final Overline Marking With Acrylic  White Line Paint.

8 Layer System (Outdoor)

8 Layer System with Acrylic latex to repair Subfloor Minor Cracks, followed by Primer Layer to improve bonding of acrylic paint with subfloor, Acrylic Resurfacer Layer for filling and smoothing subfloor following by Triple Layers of Liquid Rubber to Give a Cushion Comfort & Dual Layers of 100 % acrylic base color coat followed by Top Color coat to protect flooring against UV Rays Final Overline Marking With Acrylic Paint.

SBR+ Cushion System (Outdoor/Indoor)

SBR+ Cushion System with Acrylic Latex to repair Subfloor Minor Cracks, followed by laying of 2 Part Polyurethane Adhesive anc” then SBR Cushion PAD followed by Acrylic Resurfacer Layer to Improve Bonding of Acrylic following by Dual Layers of 100% acrylic base color coat followed by Top Color coat to protect flooring against UV Rays Final Overline Marking With Acrylic Paint.

Advantages

Health Park takes control of subfloor construction and analysis as well as installation providing you with a vertically integrated solution to ensure the best quality. Consumption ratios of the product are installed as per ITF standards. Flooring can be used for multi-purpose sports. European made which means higher quality bonding capabilities Multiple Color Options available.

Disadvantages

The court has to be maintained properly with fencing around the court. Any usage of spike or stud shoes will damage the court. Eatables are not permitted inside the court as it may cause stain to the flooring. Bird drops, leaf drops has to be cleaned regularly as it may cause decolouration due to the acidic nature. How ever accurately the court is laid, minor bird baths will be there in some places where the rain water will get deposited during rain (ITF Permitted allowance is upto 5 mm). This has to be cleaned or drained immediately after the rain and the water should not be allowed to get staged for more than 1 hour.
