Health Park Acrylic Products
Health Park Acrylic product is mixed and installed onsite. We have three distinct ranges:
Durabolt Standard
A 5-layer acrylic product with a thickness of up to 2 mm.
Durabolt Cushion
An 8-layer acrylic product with a thickness of up to 3 mm.
Durabolt Cushion Plus
An ultra-cushioned acrylic system consisting of an SBR Rubber Carpet followed by Acrylic layers, with a total thickness of up to 6 mm. Can be used for outdoor and indoor applications.
CONSTRUCTION OF SUB-BASE / BASE PREPARATION
Common for All Systems
A typical asphalt base consists of a 6-inch pavement consisting of:
- Leveling the site
- Digging size
- Compaction of the sub-base by heavy roller (WBM)
- Anti-termite and weedicide treatment over the total area
- 4-inch compacted water-bound macadam layer
- 30 mm compacted Hot Mix Asphalt BM course
- 20 mm compacted Hot Mix A.C. course
- Seal coat on top of A.C. coats to fill voids
5 LAYER SYSTEM — OUTDOOR
DURABOLT STANDARD
5-layer system with:
- Acrylic latex to repair subfloor minor cracks
- One Primer layer to improve bonding of acrylic paint with subfloor
- One Acrylic resurfacer layer for filling and smoothing subfloor
- Two layers of 100% acrylic base colour coat
- One Top colour coat to protect flooring against UV rays
- Final over line marking with acrylic paint
7 LAYER SYSTEM — OUTDOOR
DURABOLT PLUS
7-layer system with:
- Acrylic latex to repair subfloor minor cracks
- Two Primer layers to improve bonding of acrylic paint with subfloor
- Two Acrylic resurfacer layers for filling and smoothing subfloor
- Two layers of 100% acrylic base colour coat
- OneTop colour coat to protect flooring against UV rays
- Final over line marking with acrylic paint
SBR + CUSHION SYSTEM
OUTDOOR / INDOOR
SBR + Cushion System with:
- Acrylic latex to repair subfloor minor cracks
- 2-part polyurethane adhesive
- SBR cushion pad / Sheets 3.5 mm to 4 mm thick
- One Acrylic resurfacer layer to improve bonding of acrylic
- Two layers of 100% acrylic base colour coat
- Top colour coat to protect flooring against UV rays
- Final over line marking with acrylic paint

DISADVANTAGES / MAINTENANCE
The court has to be maintained properly with fencing around the court.
- Any usage of spike or stud shoes will damage the court.
- Eatables are not permitted inside the court as they may cause stains to the flooring.
- Bird droppings and leaf drops have to be cleaned regularly as they may cause discolouration due to their acidic nature.
- Minor bird baths may occur in some places where rainwater gets deposited during rain. ITF permitted allowance is up to 5 mm.
- Water should be cleaned or drained immediately after rain.
- Water should not be allowed to remain stagnant for more than 1 hour.

Maintenance Guidelines
Weekly or as required:
The Court has to be maintained periodically by cleaning it with plain water as and when the court gets dusty.No eatables , Colas should to be allowed inside the court as the spilling may cause stain to the surface ..Any stain caused due to spilling of any Petroleum products will damage the surface . Leaves or Bird drops should be cleaned then and there itself as it may cause stains .
MS HEALTH PARH dont give any warranty for stains caused due to faulty maintenance The surface should be cleared of all dirt or leaves using a brush. Chewing gum should be
